Website terms
The basics of using this site, and how to treat what you read on it.

About this site
This website is operated by AuSOM Flooring. By using it, you accept the terms below.
Information on this site is general
The descriptions of flooring ranges, their suitability and their care are written to help you narrow down options. They are general guidance, not advice about your specific property. Which floor suits your space depends on the subfloor, the traffic, the moisture and how the room is used — which is what the measure is for.
Nothing here is a quote
No price, estimate or product description on this website is an offer or a quote. A quote from us is a written document, prepared after we have measured the space, and it sets out exactly what is included. Only that document is binding, and only for the period stated on it.
Product availability and appearance
Ranges, colours and specifications change with what manufacturers make available, and the illustrations on this site are representations rather than photographs of specific products. Always confirm a colour against a physical sample in the room it is going into, under that room's own lighting.
