No. The measure and the written quote are free, with no obligation to go ahead.
What areas do you cover?
Melbourne metropolitan and Geelong. We are based in Truganina, in Melbourne’s west. If you are outside that, call us — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are done in one to three days once the product arrives. Lead times on the product itself vary by range, and we confirm them in writing before you commit.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes, and we take it away. Where the old material can be recycled rather than tipped, we do that instead.
Do I need to move the furniture?
We move ordinary furniture as part of the job. Pianos, full bookshelves, fish tanks and anything fragile should be dealt with before we arrive — tell us at the quote stage and we will plan for it.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Commercial and government work is routinely done at night, over weekends or in staged handovers so the space keeps operating.
What warranty do I get?
Every product carries its manufacturer’s warranty, and we give you that paperwork at handover along with the care instructions that keep it valid. Our installation workmanship is warranted separately.
Can you match a floor I already have?
Often, yes. Bring us a photo or an offcut. Where an exact match is no longer made, we will show you the closest current equivalents.
